B.J. Milgate

Senior Pastor

BJ Milgate has been the Senior Pastor of BCRC since 2024. Pastor BJ is married to Andrea, and they have two children, Stasia and Declan. BJ holds a Master of Divinity Degree from Covenant Theological Seminary. BJ has a passion to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ, to shepherd and disciple his people, and to see them grow in their knowledge of Christ through the Scriptures.

Dylan Kern

Associate Pastor
Discipleship and Visitation

Dylan Kern has been the Associate Pastor of BCRC since 2020. Pastor Dylan is married to Bethany, and they have one daughter Magnolia. Dylan holds a Master of Divinity Degree from Cornerstone University.

Hye Jin Park

Director of Worship and Music

Hye Jin has been married to HD for 30 years, and together they have two daughters, Selena and Jenny. She studied piano as an undergraduate and earned a Master’s degree in Pipe Organ Performance. Over the past 12 years, Hye Jin has served as a musician in Presbyterian, Lutheran, and United Methodist churches. Her passion is to use music as an instrument to help congregations open their hearts to God and to the proclaimed Word. Soli Deo Gloria!
