BCRC requires a background check on all volunteers and staff 18 years and older, prior to an initial volunteer position in any youth ministry and/or initial employment. Background checks are repeated per BCRC's safety policy. There is no cost to the volunteers or staff.

BCRC does a yearly motor vehicle background check on anyone who is driving youth in a church owned vehicle or rented vehicle.
